Booking Procedure
| Please discuss your holiday requirements with us as we can offer advice regarding the type of accommodation and location to suit your needs. |

1. Confirm the availability of the accommodation for the dates you require by contacting:
Should you be travelling by air confirm your flight availability. |

2. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you with a Bank Giro credit slip to pay an advanced payment of 25% of the total accommodation cost. |
|
3. A further Bank Giro credit slip for the balance of the money owed will be sent to you approximately six weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday along with a location map, arrangements for keys and car hire information etc. |
| 4. If any changes are made to the
booking after confirmation has been received then 10% of the advanced
payment will be retained to cover administration costs. Changes made within 30 days of start of occupancy will be considered as a cancellation and 50% of any advanced payments will be retained. Changes made within 7 days of start of occupancy will be considered as a cancellation and 100% of any advanced payments will be retained. Cancellation charges may be covered by your insurance in certain cases. We believe that holiday insurance is essential and would advise you to take out a policy with your Insurance Company at time of booking. |
