GENERAL INFORMATION
TRANSFER FROM AIRPORT
Our area is conveniently reached from Alicante Airport in less than one hour and Valencia Airport in approximately 1½ hours by car. Public transport is available from the bus stop in the car-park facing the terminal and there is a direct bus service to Calpe.

CAR HIRE
We can arrange for your hire-car to be awaiting your arrival at Alicante Airport, Valencia Airport and Murcia Airport. Delivery to and from the airports is free. Car-hire details on request.

TENANCY
Please note the property cannot normally be occupied before 16.00 hours on the day of your arrival and you are asked to vacate the property before 10.00 hours on the day of departure. This is to allow time for the maids to clean for incoming clients. It may be possible to change these times to suit your travel arrangements
DIGITAL SATELLITE TELEVISION
Some of the villas have Digital Satellite TV. The range of available programmes is variable and dependent on individual owners. Esmero Property Services can not be held responsible for the supply of specific programmes. Please ask for further information.

SERVICES
Bed linen and hand towels are changed weekly in the LOW, MID and HIGH SEASONS. Please bring your own bath/beach towels.
